Burtons is somewhat of an anomaly: a boutique real estate agent with a prospering home sales and rental list business, but with enviable performance and knowledge in large project site sales. We put it down to the professional, direct and caring attitude that we observed was a key part of their company culture.
That cultural attitude is articulated in the brand position we developed for Burtons, and is visually referenced in a logo that is dignified, legible and elegantly subdued. This feeling is carried through all touch points to convey a sense of trustworthiness and expertise, but with a slightly more chic edge than larger, better known competitors.
